So very recently I attended the National Yo-yo Contest...

Now you will not believe me about how many people went there unless you were actually there; it felt like we were cheering at a super bowl game instead of a few great yo-yo champs. Jhaycee showed me this song last weekend while we were in Yosemite. At first I thought Adam Levine was singing, and my money was right on the dot, though there were rappers and stuff Adam sang the chorus. Brilliant day for me. Finally (after 3 days of failed attempts) managed to get very nearly all the shots for the video done. See, there's like 10 clips where I need the perfect sunset or else it doesn't feel dramatic enough.     I'm slowly running out of Camera parts/attributes to call these posts. 

A lot of the final shots were filmed yesterday, but most of the shots were defective so I have to reshoot them :(.

Going to Six Flags tomorrow. I've gone there so many times this summer it's not even funny. However, the circle of life never ceases to get old. I am notified by friends we're going, so I go ask my mum and dad. At this point, my mum starts screaming and going into a fuss about the idea of me leaving the house. So I finally finished editing all the footage for the National All Nighter video. THE VIDEO IS 10 MINUTES LONG! Actually, without the jump-cuts, the video is somewhere around 15 mins long.

I'm really quite happy about it, sure it's long, but documentaries tend to be like that. Plus, jhaycee was there, so the night wasn't nearly as boring as I thought it was gonna be.

        Yes, the weatherman was actually correct for once. It has been confirmed that not only that California is about to go through a superstorm, but that it will also bring about a Monstorous Supernova.     I finally found it! Unless they magically make up another theme that gets any more minimalistic while retaining some sort of art beauty then this is the one. I mean, it's got the simple white background that looks great on its own, and then the weird plant-alien thing is just smack-dab in the middle of the page. I may not have a clue of what that thing is, but it contrasts with the white so nicely. Plus, I like minimalism, but black-and-white does get boring after a while.

    I'm not really a huge fan of yoyojam. Even though their Legacy was the first 'modern' yoyo that I ever brought. I just never felt the 'connection' that you're supposed to feel. Nevertheless, Johnnie DelValle is a legend. He won the world yoyo contest using the precedessor to the Hitman Pro, the Hitman. Their was probably more grinding in the yoyo performance then bars in Alaska ;p   Sleak black, professional lookin as heck yoyo....yoyojam may have a convert.

    Learn how to play an instrument. It may seem hard, but a whole lot of people (inlcuding myself) belive that if you can play an instrument, it some how helps you in yoyoing. Aoda has just created a yoyo that acts as a spy for the transformers. It's name is the Aoda Eternal Star, aka, super sleak, small ball of destruction. It looks amazing, and its best feature is ability to transform from a small top type thingy, to a normal yoyo, and to a nice lookin keychain. Truly outstanding little trinket.     Yoyojam has just released their super new yoyo, the reXtreme. First off, it looks amazing, fiery red and offstring yoyos are a good match.
